With over 20 years of experience in offshore and subsea structural design, Shahid leads Ascon Engineering with a focus on precision, compliance, and innovation. His expertise spans FEA, code verification, and cross border project delivery under Norsok, DNV, Eurocode, API, ASME and ISO standards.
Holding a Masters in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Structural Mechanics from Sweden, Shahid combines technical depth with practical insight to help clients achieve safe, efficient, and cost effective designs.

Senior Engineer Structural Analysis
M Ahsan is our Senior Structural Analysis Engineer, with more than eight years of experience in structural analysis and mechanical component evaluation. He has worked extensively with complex mechanical components and brings strong analytical thinking and practical problem solving to our projects. Ahsan holds a master’s degree in Product and System Design from NTNU Norway and contributes solid technical judgement and reliable engineering execution to Ascon Engineering’s multidisciplinary work.
